Meet the Provider

Melissa Johnston, MSN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC

About me...I have been a nurse since 2002 and have a broad range of experience working in the emergency department at a Level 1 trauma center, many years taking care of victims of sexual assault/domestic violence, a primary care provider, as well as treating behavioral health conditions including medication assisted treatment (MAT). I have a strong passion for helping someone walk through the journey of healing. Whether you have past trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD amidst other conditions I am here to meet you where you are and help you get to where you want to go.

Complete Clarity

If you are new to Complete Clarity, click on the request appointment tab and select consulation for a free 15 minute consult or select New Client Intake. This is a 90 minute in-depth psychiatric evaluaiton that will help direct the best course of treatment by allowing for a comprehensive review of symptoms, history, medical background, prior treatments, current stressors, and overall functioning. During this visit, we will explore diagnostic considerations, discuss contributing biological, psychological, and social factors and develop an individualized treatment plan, which may include medication management, psychotherapy recommendations, lifestyle modifications, and/or coordination of care with other providers as appropriate.

Currently I am in the process of getting credentialed with multiple insurance companies. Until this is completed the only form of payment I can accept is cash pay. I will update this site each time I am accepting a new insurance
